Free credits, but a workflow that kept breaking.
MySivi had a big pool of free Google credits and wanted to turn it into video at scale. They tried building the production workflows themselves on n8n — and it kept breaking.
n8n is fragile with media: base64 handling is messy, and every new format meant a brand-new flow to build and maintain. The maintenance load grew faster than the output ever could.
Three creative apps, on their own credits.
We built MySivi purpose-built apps for their core formats — and wired them to run on MySivi's own API keys, so all those free credits go straight to output instead of maintenance.
20 editors, 4× the output, at zero cost.
Today, 20 editors run on SurgeGrowth, each saving 4–5 hours a day. Output scaled from 200 videos a month to 800 — a 4× jump — while production cost dropped to effectively zero on MySivi's own credits.
With the fragile in-house workflows gone, the team's focus shifted from maintaining flows to shipping video. Next up: a Meta ads bulk-upload feature, in build now.
“Without SurgeGrowth, scaling would be a big challenge. We look forward to the new workflows SurgeGrowth makes live and try to incorporate them. Very prompt support — especially Ankit, a creative engineer — always available on Slack.”
